What tools and equipment do I need to prepare for the installation?

You will need to prepare a crane, hand saw, hand drill, hexagonal screwdriver, rubber hammer, utility knife, hole saw, non-slip gloves, glass glue gun, tape measure, marker, foot ladder, and a spirit level.

Can you customize colors?

Yes, we support color customization. While the default and most popular color is white, you can provide us with a color card number for your customized color needs.

Do the container houses leak water?

No, our houses are designed with high-quality waterproofing systems. We have never experienced water leakage problems in our overseas shipments.

Do these container houses need a foundation?

If the installation site is firm and not prone to subsidence, a traditional concrete foundation is generally not required. We will provide specific advice and foundation drawings based on your geological conditions.

How are the container houses insulated?

The walls are insulated using 50mm rock wool sandwich panels as standard. For extreme cold or hot weather, these panels can be upgraded to 75mm or 100mm thickness.
