A: We are an integrated factory that covers design, production and sales. We have a complete production process chain, including sheet processing, welding, assembly and our own spraying line. Key processes are not outsourced. We support on-site factory inspections or video live inspections at any time. You can directly view the scale of our production line, raw material inventory and finished product storage area. For wholesale orders, we have the ability to deliver large quantities of orders on a monthly basis with stability.
A: For the European and American markets, we can offer CE certification in line with European standards and UL certification to meet the requirements of the US market. The products emphasize environmental protection and design aesthetics. For the Middle East market, the products strictly meet the demands for wind resistance, sun protection and heat insulation, and can also obtain SASO or GCC certifications. For the African and Southeast Asian markets, we provide SONCAP certification that complies with local building regulations and designs that are resistant to typhoons and moisture.
A: For our standard mobile houses and folding houses, the minimum order quantity is very flexible. You can start with just one unit, which is convenient for you to conduct market tests. For OEM/ODM customized models, the minimum order quantity is usually 5-10 units, depending on the complexity of the structure. We also offer the option to purchase a sample set or pay a deposit for sample production to confirm the quality. The sample cost can be refunded in the main order.
A: In our B-end procurement, we place the greatest emphasis on the long-term usage cost. The main structure is made of high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel (such as Q235B or Q355B), with a wind resistance level of over 10 grades and an earthquake resistance design intensity of 8 degrees. We offer clear warranty terms: the main steel structure is guaranteed for 20 years, the water and electricity systems and decoration systems are guaranteed for 5 to 10 years, and the accessories are provided with a lifetime paid supply service.
A: We have a well-established export logistics solution. For international shipping, we actively promote the foldable design or flat-pack packaging. This design can reduce the shipping volume by approximately 60%-70%, significantly lowering your shipping costs and inland transportation costs at the destination port. We can offer FOB pricing, or we can coordinate CIF or DDP one-stop logistics services according to your needs.
A: We provide detailed installation drawings in both Chinese and English, as well as video tutorials. For wholesale customers or large-scale projects, we can dispatch our own installation team to provide guidance overseas. The installation team is self-owned and does not outsource, ensuring that the installation quality is directly managed by the manufacturer and there are no disputes or delays. For after-sales issues, we offer remote video diagnosis and rapid delivery of spare parts services.
