We are a factory. You are welcome to visit us, and we will show you the models and the materials in our factory.
We can deliver the goods in approximately 20-25 working days after receiving payment.
We design the structure for safety and wind resistance based on the local climate. Typically, we design the houses to withstand earthquake intensities of 7 degrees (0.1g) and wind loads of 0.35KN/m² (equivalent to a force 9 gale or wind speeds of 23.66m/s).
Our Minimum Order Quantity is 1 unit.
We offer multiple options including EPS (polystyrene) sandwich panels, rock wool sandwich panels, cement-polystyrene sandwich panels, and PU (polyurethane) sandwich panels, among others.
We pre-install our prefab buildings in the factory to ensure every part fits together correctly before they are delivered to your site.
