In 2000, our steel structure division took the lead to break the international technical monopoly, cooperated (industry-university-research cooperation) under the conditions of "no precedent and no standard", performed the research on "a complete set of rectangular CFST structure", pioneered the CFST structure with more applicability, economy and fire resistance than pure steel structure, and completed the first high-rise building with rectangular CFST structure. The project was listed as a key program, which has completely changed the way of traditional reinforced concrete construction, solved the problem of improving the fire resistance of steel structure. This project has good seismic and fire resistance. The successful implementation of the project has established the technical status in the field of high-rise steel structure, formed a technical system of high-rise steel structure, and led the development of high-rise steel structure buildings.

We have accumulated rich experience in the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering over the years. Besides, we have introduced vital equipment such as the double arc double wire door welding machine equipped with the American Lincoln power supply, and the slag welding machine from Nippon Steel.

Steel truss formwork is a kind of three-dimensional plate welding the steel bar in the floor that has been possessed into steel plate in the factory and galvanized pressure steel plate together. The formwork system and steel are perfectly combined through construction and application design, which can bear the wet concrete weight and construction live load in the construction stage. The board can be directly laid on the beam in the construction site. After simple steel engineering, concrete can be poured. We are equipped with a complete cladding system production line, introducing a leading strip machine that helps achieve synchronous completion of automatic production processes, high precision punching, and molding. At the same time, we introduced a 360-degree standing seam roof panel production line.
