Q: What is the delivery time?

A: We can deliver the goods in about 20-25 working days after payment.

Q: How to pack the product?

A: The standard is non-packed. If the customer requires any special packaging, we can satisfy those needs accordingly. However, all associated fees should be borne by the customer.

Q: What about the safety and wind resistance of the house?

A: We design the structural safety and wind resistance according to the local climate. Usually, we design the houses to withstand an earthquake intensity of 7 degrees (0.1g) and a wind load of 0.35KN/m² (equivalent to a wind speed of 23.66m/s, or a weather scale nine gale).

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: The minimum order quantity is 1 unit.

Q: How many types of sandwich panels do you have?

A: We offer EPS (polystyrene) sandwich panels, rock wool sandwich panels, cement-polystyrene sandwich panels, and PU (polyurethane) sandwich panels, among others.

Q: How can you guarantee that the prefab buildings can be installed correctly if we build them ourselves?

A: We pre-assemble the prefab buildings in our factory to ensure that every part of the house fits correctly before delivery.
