Steel structure buildings have excellent mechanical properties, high steel strength, good toughness and ductility, can stably bear heavy loads, and ensure safety in disasters such as earthquakes.
Its construction is efficient, prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site, which greatly shortens the cycle and reduces equipment and manpower requirements. The space is flexible, and large-span column-free space can be achieved, and the layout can be adjusted conveniently in the later stage. It is also environmentally friendly and sustainable, with less construction waste and a steel recycling rate of over 90%, which is in line with the concept of green development.

In the production and construction process of steel structure buildings, modern process equipment is the core support for us to achieve efficient and high-quality delivery of projects. The automated cutting equipment is equipped with a CNC system with a cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm, which can accurately cut various types of steel to meet the needs of complex components and reduce material waste; the intelligent welding robot is equipped with intelligent sensing technology, and the welding speed is 3-5 times faster than manual work. The quality of the welds far exceeds the industry standard and can operate stably in harsh environments; the digital coating production line uses automated spraying equipment to accurately control the thickness and uniformity of the coating. The closed environment operation is both environmentally friendly and can improve the anti-corrosion performance of the steel structure by 5-10 years; the large crawler crane at the construction site has a maximum lifting capacity of 1,000 tons, and cooperates with the intelligent control system to ensure accurate and correct component installation.
We operate a strategic production base focused on creating high-capacity steel structure processing capabilities.
Our factory utilizes independent grid system technology, sharing core technologies, over 200 patented technologies, and academician workstation research results. We specialize in design, manufacturing, installation, prefabricated housing, multi- (super) high-rise steel structures, large-span space tube truss steel structures, plant steel structures, and green building materials.
The manufacturing site features a total construction area of 71,629.57 square meters. Equipped with advanced processing machinery, we employ a complete set of special equipment for component cutting, forming, assembly, welding, rust removal, painting, and testing to meet the processing requirements of complex components, nodes, and new structures.
The manufacturing workshops cover an area of 50,000 square meters, divided into four dedicated workspaces. The plant is equipped with 8 professional production lines, 58 cranes of various tonnages (up to 50 tons maximum lifting capacity), yielding a monthly production capacity of 6,000 tons. Main production outputs include box columns, cross columns, round tube columns, welded H-beam columns, welded H-beams, box trusses, special-shaped giant steel structures, and steel truss floor decks.
We strictly control quality at every step and are committed to providing customers with high-quality and reliable steel structure products.
We sell globally to Northern Europe, Central America, East Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, Africa, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, South Asia, South America, North America, Southern Europe, and Western Europe. Our professional team consists of 380-420 employees.
