1. Main Load-Bearing Structure Light Steel Frame
Primarily composed of cold-formed, thin-walled steel sections (C-sections, U-sections, H-sections, etc.), used for columns, beams, purlins, and rafters. Connectors: Bolts, self-tapping screws, gusset plates, etc., used to connect steel components.
2. Enclosure System Walls
Exterior walls: Typically made of OSB (oriented strand board), calcium silicate board, or cement fiberboard, with insulation and a thermal insulation layer. Interior walls: Gypsum board, soundproofing panels, etc. Roofing: Color-coated steel sheets, metal tiles, asphalt shingles, sandwich panels, etc., optionally with insulation and waterproofing membranes.
3. Thermal Insulation System Common Materials
Glass wool, rock wool, XPS extruded board, PU polyurethane foam. Function: Insulation, fire protection, and sound insulation.
4. Door and Window Systems Materials
Aluminum alloy doors and windows, UPVC doors and windows, thermally insulated aluminum. Functions: Sound insulation, waterproofing, thermal insulation, and natural lighting.
5. Floor Systems (e.g., multi-story lightweight steel buildings)
Floor decking: Corrugated steel sheeting + concrete overlay, or lightweight wood slabs. Supporting sound insulation and shock absorption layers.
6. Supporting Facilities & Drainage
Waterproofing: Roofing membranes and waterproof coatings. Drainage: Gutters and rainwater pipes. Electrical and plumbing systems: Can be pre-buried in walls and floors.
