Light Gauge Steel Building System
LGS is a widely applied building system in developed countries, used in both residential and commercial construction for many decades. So, while LGS framing has recently become a viable contender in the home building industry, it has a reliable track record over an extended period for consistent performance as a structural material.
We adopt the most advanced LGS design software and smart CNC LGS roll former from Scottsdale in New Zealand, which is the world’s most innovative steel framing technology company and has been the market leader for over 30 years.

Advantages of Our LGS System
-
⚡
Cost effective: Almost all other building materials have fluctuated in price while steel prices have remained relatively constant since the early 1980's.
-
⚡
Durable / Seismic resistance: Dimensionally stable steel studs do not warp, twist, split, expand or contract. Steel framing eliminates callbacks. Homes constructed with steel frames have proven to resist earthquakes and hurricanes.
-
⚡
Less maintenance: LGS has one of the highest strength to weight ratios of any construction material and it remains stable during extreme weather changes.
-
⚡
Non-Combustible / Fireproof: Steel does not burn, improving fire safety in compliance with local codes and fire regulations.
-
⚡
Termite resistance: Steel frame homes are highly resistant to termites, rodents, and other types of vermin.
-
⚡
Easy and fast to install: Steel framing weighs only 1/3 as much as traditional construction products. This makes on-site handling much easier & faster. Based on a high prefabrication rate, even unskilled framing crews can handle the installation work smoothly.
Case Study - Island Project
16 villas of the whole project were built by light gauge steel building technology. LGS is highly flexible to create different attractive shapes, which makes this tourism resort more and more popular.
Total Solution Provider
Besides the LGS frame, we are also able to offer a one-stop service by providing customers with most accessories and decoration materials needed to finish the house, such as wall cladding, roofing, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, windows, and more.
Packing and Transportation
LGS profiles can be flat-packed to save shipping costs or pre-assembled to save onsite labor costs. Customers can choose the optimal balance between transportation and labor costs.
Frequently Asked Questions
How to insulate the LGS house?
The standard insulation method is to fill up the gaps between steel studs with fiber glass or rock wool. For regions with extreme climatic conditions, it’s highly recommended to adopt an extra layer of rigid insulation, such as EPS, XPS or PU, to prevent thermal bridging and achieve higher thermal performance.
What’s the lifetime of an LGS house?
Our LGS structure is made of Aluminum & Zinc coated steel (AZ150), which has superior corrosion resistance and high strength. Tests have proven that the lifetime of an LGS house made of AZ coated steel exceeds 70 years under normal conditions.
What’s the cost of an LGS house compared with traditional building systems?
Our system adopts high-tensile steel and patented profile designs which reduce steel consumption, lowering material costs. Meanwhile, the lightweight nature of LGS houses reduces the depth and investment required for foundation construction. A high prefabrication rate in the workshop simplifies and accelerates onsite assembly, significantly reducing overall labor costs.
Is the steel framing resistant to earthquakes and hurricanes?
Yes. Due to the high strength-to-weight ratio and flexibility of light gauge steel, structures engineered with this system perform exceptionally well under extreme seismic activity and high wind forces, offering superior safety compared to traditional masonry.
Are these houses fireproof and pest-resistant?
Absolutely. Steel is non-combustible and does not contribute to the spread of fire. Furthermore, unlike timber construction, LGS frames are completely immune to termites, wood rot, rodents, and other vermin, requiring far less long-term maintenance.
Can you provide customized layout designs (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We offer fully customizable OEM and ODM solutions. Our LGS systems are highly flexible, allowing architects and owners to realize unique floor plans, heights, and architectural designs, complete with customized exterior cladding and interior options.
