Prices vary depending on the design, as well as different materials and frame options. Once you have decided on the design and submitted a request for a quote, we will provide an estimate. The final pricing is determined only after the plan is completed and approved. Pricing is subject to fluctuations in exchange rates.

What does the tent include?

Our products typically include outer tents, sealed inner roofs, tent bodies, steel or wooden frames, decorative inner roofs, walls, windows, and entrance doors. The price does not include shipping and related fees, customs duties and taxes, wooden platforms, substructure and decoration, electrical, plumbing, interior furnishings, fixtures, electrical appliances, or installation.

Where is the tent shipped from? What are the shipping costs?

Our tents ship from our manufacturing hub. Several factors affect the cost of shipping. Once we understand what and where you're shipping, we can provide an estimate. Duties, taxes, and other fees related to shipping are separate from the cost of shipping.

What is the delivery time?

Both domestically and internationally, production takes 2-4 weeks from the date of signing the online order and paying the deposit. We ship via nearby international ports.

What is the ordering process for tents?

The ordering flow consists of the following steps:

Once you decide what and how many tents you need, a set of drawings will be generated for your approval.
After approval, you need to pay a deposit.
Confirm the 3D drawing.
Start of production (lead time 25-30 days).
Track production and feedback.
Completion of production.
Check the tent quality.
Payment of the Balance.
Arrange for shipment.

Remarks:
1. The balance must be paid before the tent is shipped from the factory.
2. We provide 5 years of after-sales service and tracking.
3. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all materials and parts.

Who is responsible for setting up the tent?

Each tent comes with an installation video. We can guide you through setting up your own tent via online videos. You can also purchase our installation service, where we send 1-3 technical supervisors from the factory to provide on-site guidance for setup. This fee is charged separately.
