The whole country can be shipped, but because the products sold are large, the freight should be determined according to the distance and the number of goods, so it is impossible to set the accurate freight. General volume of small express delivery, logistics (need packaging fees) volume of special car (return car), we will try to save costs for customers.
Products need to be customized, and different products have different production times. The seller will deliver the goods on time according to the delivery date agreed with the buyer, and please reserve enough production and transportation time before placing the order, so as not to affect the construction period.

Due to the large dimensions of prefabricated building materials, freight is calculated based on transport distance and order volume. We utilize specialized shipping services and bulk packaging options to keep transportation costs as low as possible.
Custom manufacturing times vary by product specification. The delivery schedule will be mutually agreed upon in the sales contract. We strongly advise placing your order well in advance to account for production and shipping timelines and prevent construction delays.
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect the shipment to verify that the total quantity, dimensions, and specifications match your order details. If you spot any discrepancies, notify our service team immediately.
If you discover any product defects or quality concerns upon delivery, please stop the installation immediately and do not use the materials. Contact our service team right away so we can resolve the issue.
