- 2 sets of production lines for C section steel, yearly output is 5,000 tons.

Packaging & Shipping
Packing: It will be packed into cartons or bundled for the big beams and columns. Alternatively, parts will be packed onto big pallets and pushed into the containers.
Shipping: Delivery time depends on order quantities. Generally, the delivery time will be 30 days after receiving the deposit.

2. Local Weather Loads:
Wind speed (Km/h) and snow load (kg/m²) in the local area?
3. Roof and Wall Materials:
Do you have special requirements for the panels? Options include galvanized corrugated steel sheets, prepainted corrugated steel sheets, and sandwich panels (EPS, fiberglass, rockwool, PU) with thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm. The steel sheets range from 0.3mm to 0.7mm.
4. Windows and Doors:
Any specific requirements on material and size?
5. Skylights:
Do you want skylights on the roof? What material is preferred?
6. Ventilators:
Do you need ventilators for the warehouse?
7. Cranes:

A: The design service life of the main structure is 50-100 years, according to national building standards.
Q4How long is the service life of the roof cover?
A: PE coatings usually last 10-25 years. Roof daylighting panels have a shorter lifespan, usually 8-15 years.
Q5What anti-rust treatments are available for steel structures?
A: We offer several anti-rust options, including:
