Foundations
Individual and strip foundations to be constructed on-site, possibly in conjunction with a concrete base slab, according to our formwork and reinforcement plans. Steel beams will be anchored using reaction anchors (or site-specific anchors and/or sleeves according to structural calculations).
Steel Construction
Free-standing 2-joint frame trusses, fully clad up to 20.00 m, from 21.00 m with copied columns, St. 37 or St. 52, machine descaled, corrosion protection coating 40 my (full galvanization available for an additional charge), roof slope 3° to 15°, truss spacing 4.00/5.00/6.00 m, snow load at least 0.52 KN according to DIN (higher snow loads possible). These steel constructions are excellent for shed-roof halls, industrial buildings, and system halls.
Purlins & Wall Rails
Purlins: Strip-galvanized steel Z-profiles, cold-rolled, continuous/single purlins. These purlins are optimal for industrial buildings and prefabricated halls, as they can bear high loads.

Wall Rails: Strip-galvanized steel C-profiles, cold-rolled.
Roof Covering
Strip-galvanized steel trapezoidal sheets, profile 35/206 or 50/250 mm, s=0.75 mm, polyester coating, colors according to color chart, fastening with self-drilling stainless steel screws with colored heads. Insulation by installing sandwich panels 60 to 120 mm, PLASTISOL coating 100 my and underside "anti-condensation coating" of the single-skin trapezoidal sheets available for an additional charge. Excellent for shed-roof halls and system halls.
Daylight Integration
PVC light panels per truss field, arranged below the ridge (double-skin for insulated halls). Light bands (single-skin or double-skin panels) below the eaves. Daylight trusses at the roof ridge. Efficient use of daylight is particularly important in shed-roof halls and industrial buildings.
Wall Cladding & Drainage
Strip-galvanized steel trapezoidal sheets, profile 35/206 or 50/250 mm, otherwise as roof covering. Roof drainage: Galvanized and color-coated steel box gutter, special suspension on roof panels, including the necessary zinc downpipes. Installation of downpipes up to 0.50 m above foundations. Ideal for shed-roof halls and system halls.
Installations & Doors
Sectional door, double-skinned, size of choice, chain drive, 1 piece for every 20 m of hall length. Steel personnel door, double-skinned, 1.00 x 2.00 m. Electric drive, light sections, and edge protection options are available. Perfect equipment for industrial buildings and prefabricated halls.
Planning Documents
A system construction drawing will be provided free of charge for the building application (complete building application by our architect available for an additional charge). Planning documents are essential for the construction of shed-roof halls and industrial buildings.
Expansion Options
Insulation of the halls according to thermal insulation regulations, light bands below the eaves single-skin or double-skin, plastic windows according to workplace guidelines, installation of additional doors and gates, cross/longitudinal partition walls, ventilation systems, multi-aisle halls, increased snow loads, smoke and heat extraction systems (RWA), etc.

Frequently Asked Questions
What dimensions are available for the shed-roof halls?

The halls are available in widths ranging from 5 to 25 meters, eave heights from 3 to 6.5 meters, and customizable lengths in increments of 4.00m to 6.00m. The roof slope can be set between 5° and 15°.

What options do I have for door and gate installations?

You can configure the halls with various gate types including sliding gates, sectional doors, roll-up doors, and drop-down doors. A double-skinned steel personnel door (1.00 x 2.00 m) and sectional doors with chain or electric drives can also be integrated.

How is the roof structure designed and insulated?

The roof utilizes strip-galvanized steel trapezoidal sheets (profile 35/206 or 50/250 mm) with a polyester coating. For insulation, sandwich panels ranging from 60 to 120 mm can be installed, along with PLASTISOL or anti-condensation coatings.

Can the halls handle heavy snow loads?

Yes, the steel construction supports a snow load of at least 0.52 KN according to DIN regulations, and designs accommodating higher snow loads are available depending on regional requirements.

Are planning documents included for the building permit?

Yes, a system construction drawing is provided free of charge to assist with your building application. Complete building application packages managed by an architect are also available for an additional charge.

What expansion options can be added to these system halls?

Available expansions include thermal insulation, light bands below the eaves, plastic windows, internal partition walls, ventilation systems, multi-aisle hall structures, and smoke and heat extraction systems (RWA).
